Railway station Valkenburg is the oldest existing station in the Netherlands. It is listed as a national monument in the top 100 of the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands. The building is constructed of marl, a common raw material in the area. Ruland Architecten provides aesthetic advice for the facade restoration of this very special station building.
